I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I have been in private practice for the past 14 years. My passion is focused on human connection and attachment ,which informs my work with individuals and couples.
My desire is to help people heal themselves and their most important relationships. My primary therapy methodology is attachment theory. I believe that feeling securely connected to those most important to you is the foundation of growth and productivity.
I began my journey of healing and personal transformation over 18 years ago. I believe that at some point, all people reach a place where they need help from someone else in order to grow. I come alongside people to help them find the best way to make lasting changes in their lives. I offer honest, compassionate, and direct feedback. It is my goal to help you change your life in the areas you most want to see change.

When I'm Not Working
I have many passions in life. I have a passion for health, which shows itself mainly in the form of yoga, but also in healthy eating and living. Another one of my passions is personal growth. I love learning how to become the best version of myself. I love listening to podcast, watching educational videos and reading. I attend several workshop or conferences annually to continue my own personal growth and to help me become a better therapist to help my clients I have the same struggles of many of my clients. I am on a life-long journey to see how events in my life have led to protections that interfere with my most important relationships. I do not pretend I am fully healed. I am learning to be be more vulnerable ,take more risks and see what stands in the way of having deep connections that I desire.I believe my own wounded-ness allows me to be more compassionate, less judgmental and more curious with my clients. I feel so honored to walk with my clients in the most important aspects of their lives.
It would be an honor and privilege to be your therapist!
